$100 Christmas Bonus With No-Deposit Required

The FanDuel Ohio pre-launch offer is $100 free on launch day when you sign up before January 1st.

With the launch of Ohio sports betting a little over a week away, FanDuel Sportsbook is preparing with a pre-launch offer for all new users in the state: $100 in site credit on launch day. Use this FanDuel Ohio link and sign up today.

By signing up above, you will receive $100 in site credit that will be available to you on Jan. 1 at midnight, when sports betting launches in Ohio. There is no deposit necessary to redeem the $100.

In addition to the $100, you will also receive a three-month subscription to NBA League Pass, effective immediately. As soon as you sign up for the pre-launch offer using a FanDuel Ohio promo code link, you will have access to your NBA League Pass subscription for three months.

This offer is not available once sports betting launches in Ohio, so you would need to redeem it beforehand to have access.

FanDuel Ohio projected launch bonus: Up to $1,100

In addition to the $100 pre-launch promo, we anticipate that new users in Ohio will also be eligible to receive FanDuel’s standard new-user bonus, which is a “no sweat first bet” of up to $1,000. This means that if the first bet that you place with your FanDuel account loses, the online sportsbook will issue an equal refund in bet credits, up to $1,000.

Note: This offer will be available regardless of whether you signed up for the FanDuel pre-launch offer.

Click here to sign up. When sports betting launches, place a wager of at least $5 on any sporting event. If your bet loses, you will receive an equal refund in free bets.

Ohio sports betting background & update

Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine signed HB 29 into law on Dec. 8, 2021. This legalized both online and retail sports betting, including betting on college sports.

There are three licenses that entities can apply for in Ohio:

  • Type A: Available for the state’s casinos and professional sports teams to partner with online sportsbooks.
  • Type B: Retail sportsbook license.
  • Type C: Available for grocery stores, bars, restaurants and any sellers of Ohio Lottery tickets that want to offer sports betting kiosks.

FanDuel applied for a Type A license in partnership with Belterra Park in Cincinnati. It has received conditional approval from the Ohio Casino Control Commission to operate.
