ColourPop Player 1 So Glassy Lip Gloss Review & Swatches
ColourPop Player 1 So Glassy Lip Gloss ($8.00 for 0.2 oz.) is a medium gold gloss packed full of shimmer and multi-colored sparkle with a more transparent base. It was sheerer as marketed with a smooth, light-medium thick feel that was forgiving of lip texture/lip lines when applied and had good spreadability. It wore well for four hours and was lightly hydrating.

The formula is supposed to have an “ultra-glassy” finish that is “super comfy” to wear. The coverage was designed to be sheerer and packed with “prismatic pearls.” They were smooth, comfortable to wear, and easy to apply as they weren’t prone to settling into lip lines as much as most glosses.
The texture was lightly tacky and thicker than most of the brand’s glosses, but they did deliver on the “ultra-glassy” shine. I couldn’t feel the sparkles/shimmers when I pressed my lips together. The formula lasted four to five hours and was hydrating on me. They had a faint, vanilla-ish scent.
